Lepomis Solar | EDF

Following the closing of a MIPSA, a five-year partnership with Electricité de France (EDF-RE) was formed. Lepomis is located in Plymouth, Massachusetts and was the largest project size allowed under the Commonwealth’s Net Metering program for SREC 1 projects at 5.99MW. 

The project entered into a net-metering PPA with the town of Wareham and delivered energy into a net-metering point of interconnection with NStar Electric Utility.

Sage Stone LLC divested the project to EDF-RE in 2013 and retained an EBITDA-based profit-sharing arrangement for five years post-COD of the facility. During this time, the project shared a full annual bonus payment each year upon successfully meeting EBITDA targets.
